Hello!
I have recently cleared out my backyard which was full of overgrown shrubs, trees, and blackberry bushes. It has alley access and I laid crushed rock and a locking gate. It’s perfect for boat storage during the winter as it’s a block away from Lake Washington and Seward Park. I am asking $250 per boat/trailer per month or $1200 / month for the whole site.
I have room for about 5 more boats at this time.
