The PeerStorage team works hard to provide a safe and secure storage option for all our renters, but unfortunately, loss or damage can be a part of the nature of storage. When loss or damage occurs, PeerStorage works directly with you to come to a quick and fair resolution.
In the event of loss or damage during the course of your storage rental with us, the claims process begins after you’ve discovered your property is damaged. You will need to take additional steps along with filing this claim. Only one claims form can be submitted per reservation.
Forms have to be submitted no later than 14 days after you find out your property was damaged or stolen. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the process as well.
