Our RV spaces are quiet and private and all of them offer full hookups. Ideally located on the boarder of Marysville and Arlington we offer convenience at a price that can’t be beat. 104 sites (38 drive-through) for RVs of any length with full hookups. Showers, a recreation hall, laundromat, playground, sewer and cable TV hookups are available. Leashed pets ok. Open all year.

We are accepting applications! space rent is $495/month. Tenants pay all UTILITIES. $100 for base water, sewer & garbage. Electricity is metered and billed separately based upon usage. All applicants (18+) must qualify. Our application cover’s criminal, credit, and rental history. Background check cost $40 per adult (non-refundable). Pets are allowed up to two less than 12inch and 20lbs each because we are considerate of others on the property.
