Proof of insurance is required for every storage tenant. Must contact an insurance agent to provide a certificate of Insurance listing my company as additional insured.
Covered Barn. Access is 24/7. We ask that you limit the times you are coming to daylight hours only. If coming in the evening during non-daylight hours a text message must be sent prior to arrival. This is for functional boat, equipment or travel trailers only. This spot is at the front of the barn, and we may move it periodically to move it in and out to access other trailers which are in long-term storage behind the front spot, but your trailer will always remain at the front.
