We have been using our basement for storage for quite a while now and the old tenants just moved out so the space is available again. Our basement is an irregular-shaped basement but you can use the whole area. Our stairway is pretty narrow to get down to the basement so large furniture wouldn’t be a good idea.
This space is perfect for extra household goods, outdoor stuff like kayaks, camping gear, old photos, or smaller furniture.
How to access space
Our basement is down a flight of stairs and has a locked door to the area. The renter will receive the key to the area once they have been accepted.
